ඔබ දන්නවාද ප්‍රෙස්ටීජ් මෝටර් රථවාහන සමාගම මගින් ආනයනය කළ BMW i3 රථවල  හා අනෙකුත් මෝටර් රථ ප්‍රදර්ශනාගාරවල අලෙවියට තිබූ BMW i3 රථවල වෙනස හා මිළ පරතරයට ප්‍රධාන හේතුව...?

1. සම්පූර්ණ Electric i3. (170hp)

2. Electric සමග 647cc ධාරිතාවයකින් යුතු     

    Range Extenderයක් සහිත i3 

    (170hp plus 38hp)

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට අළුත්ම BMW වාහන ආනයනය කළහැකි  බලයලත් ඒජන්තවරයා වන ප්‍රෙස්ටීජ් සමාගම ආනයනය කරන ලද්දේ 647cc Range Extenderය සහිත i3 රථයි. 

Range Extenderය Generaterයකට සමානයි. Range Extenderය සහිත i3 රථයකට වැඩි CIF අගයක් ගෙවිය යුතුවන අතර, ලංකා ආණ්ඩුවටද ඉහළ තීරුබදු ප්‍රතිශතයක් ගෙවිය යුතුයි. 

2015, 2016 කාලවකවානුවේදී පිටත කාර් සේල්වල i3 රථවල මිළ දළ වශයෙන් රුපියල් මිලියන 7ක් පමණ වූ අතර, ප්‍රෙස්ටීජ් සමාගම ආනයනය කරන ලද i3 (R.E. 647cc) රථයේ එදවස මිළ මිලියන 11ක් පමණ විය.

* සම්පූර්ණ Electric බලය සමගින් දළවශයෙන් කි.මී. 100-110ත් අතර දුරක් ධාවනය කළ හැකිවූ අතර, 

*647cc සහිත i3 රථයේ පෙට්‍රල් ගබඩා කළහැකි පරිමාව වූයේ ලීටර 10කි. 

එමගින්ද වරකට කි.මී. 100-110ක් අතර දුරක් ධාවනය කළහැකි වූ බැවින් Range Extenderය සහිත i3 රථයෙන් වරකට ධාවනය කළ හැකි මුළු දුර ප්‍රමාණය දළ වශයෙන් කි.මී. 220ක් පමණ විය.

🚘 Difference between BMW i3 and BMW i3 Range Extender 🚘

Are you aware why BMW i3 imported by Prestige Automobile is more expensive than the BMW i3 cars available in the outside market? And the main reason for it..?

Types of BMW i3;

1. Full Electric i3 (170hp)

2. Full Electric i3 with Range Extender

    ( 170hp plus 38hp)

Prestige Automobile Pvt Ltd, the authorized agents for BMW Sri Lanka was importing the Brand New BMW i3 with the Range Extender which has 647cc cubic capacity. 

Range Extender is equalant to a generator. Higer CIF value should be paid to a BMW i3 with the Range Extender, as well as higher customs duty to the Sri Lankan government as this version includes a 647cc Range Extender.

During the period of 2015, 2016, the approximate price of a BMW i3 Full Electric Version of the outside car market was around 7 million,

While the price of a BMW i3 with Range Extender imported by Prestige was around 11 million rupees.

* Full Electric i3 car "Range" was  

   around 100 to 110kms with a full charge,

* i3 with Range Extender had a Range of above

   amount plus, another 100 to 100kms, as it 

   has a 10 Litre volume petrol storage 

   capacity for its 647cc Range Extender. 

   All together around 220km range.
